Nick Bosa, the star defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers, has recently revealed how bland his lifestyle is during the season, to the point of even saying he has “been a hermit for quite some time.”

“I sit on my couch, I fill my Game Ready machine with ice, and I prop my legs up and watch some shows,” Bosa explained. “And then I go to bed at 8:30, and I wake up and get to work.”
Fans who may not get the type of dedication that is required for one to become his or her best self may accuse Bosa of being boring and no fun to be around.
However, this is exactly what he should be doing the night before a game and practice, especially in order to make sure he gets a full night’s sleep and is 100 percent.
Absolutely no one can argue with the results Bosa has shown.
He led the NFL with 18.5 sacks this season, to go along with 19 tackles for loss, 48 quarterback hits and two forced fumbles, and he is considered the frontrunner for the Defensive Player of the Year award.
It all came on the heels of an excellent 2021 season in which he had 15.5 sacks and a league-high 21 tackles for loss.
Thanks largely to Bosa’s pressure on opposing QBs, the 49ers have the league’s best defense, and that defense could very well take them all the way to their sixth Super Bowl championship in just a few weeks.
