Tests of raw water from the five wells that feed into East Palestine’s municipal water system, as well as water after it was combined and treated, detected none of the four hazardous chemicals released after the Norfolk Southern freight train derailed on Feb. 3., according to a release from Gov. Mike DeWine’s office.
