Bosch’s Latest Boilers Deliver Continuous Hot Water - Multi-Housing News

The boilers supply a respective 5.2 and 4 gallons of hot water per minute, providing reliable heat and hot water. Users can comfortably use hot water for multiple showers and other functions.

The Singular 5200 boiler is equipped with a 140,000 BTU capacity, while the Singular 4000 delivers 80,000 BTUs. The units can dispense hot water for multiple, simultaneous uses and both are equipped with an internal boiler circulator pump and an outdoor reset function. The new models also feature an exhaust gas outlet sensor and a standard inlet filter screen to keep out debris.

Both units occupy a small footprint and weigh less than 80 pounds. The models feature a 95 percent AFUE rating and a turndown ratio of up to 10:1. They also include four-digit displays and dual stainless steel heat exchangers. Bosch’s newest singular combi units are Energy Star-rated and California Proposition 65 and NOx compliant.
